TWIST OFF & PT CAPPING MACHINE
A twist-off & PT capping machine, Emerito 1.8 G model (speed up to 70cpm). This machine is valid to cap jars up to a diameter 160mm, a height 260mm and TO110 caps.
Adjust different containers’ heights and separate control cabinets connected by a Harting Switch. Includes as well an accumulation crowd sensor, pre‐installed on the exit of the capper, ready to send a stop signal in case of jar congestion.
Option to run steam on this machine (vacuum creation) composed by:
Steam pre‐installation to create vacuum inside jars.
It includes our system for caps pre‐heated and disinfected before capping. Steam extraction to drive all “not useful steam” up to one exit point.
